When you upload images, videos or text to your profile you give us permission to publish these on SwapWorkforTravel.com and grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to reuse and republish this content in any format without limitation for the sole use of Swap Work for Travel promotion. Images, text and videos will not be redistributed, sold or rented to any third party. SwapHosts and Swappers registering and entering their information on the Swap Work for Travel website agree to share information that is honest and correct, up to date and compliant with the laws of their country. Swap Work for Travel accepts no liability under any circumstances for anyone who do not comply. Swap Work for Travel is not set up to provide or replace employment opportunities for local people. We offer a way for people needing skills they cannot get in their local area, to connect with people who have these skills. We will remove SwapHosts and Swappers that we deem are not providing cultural or skills exchange possibilities. All SwapHost and Swapper listings are submitted and updated by or with the permission of SwapHosts and Swappers. Swap Work for Travel reserves the right to edit any listing and upload a photo of the area if no photo has been uploaded. You accept that Swap Work for Travel is an online listing portal only and provides the ability to connect with SwapHosts or Swappers around the world for skill and cultural exchange and is not a travel agency or formal exchange program. All contact, skills exchange and legalities are initiated and arranged entirely by and between the Swaphost and the Swapper.

Swappers take responsibility for researching and obtaining any work, volunteer or other visa that is required for the country they are traveling to. All questions relating to visas and travel arrangements must be addressed to the relevant embassy in your home or current location country before arranging your Swap. Swap Work for Travel is not responsible for your visa application, acquisition, or any of your travel or medical expenses. You must abide by the law of the country you’re visiting and be at least 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to cancel your membership without refund if these terms and conditions are not met. It’s not permitted to use SwapWorkforTravel.com to promote any other site or spam. Swap Work for Travel may temporarily or permanently modify, improve, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without refund. Membership is not transferable and may not be used by anyone other than the account holder. SwapWorkforTravel.com takes no responsibility for misuse of accounts and must be notified immediately of unauthorized use of your account.

Swap Work for Travel does not guarantee members will find the right SwapHost or Swapper to suit their requirements. We do not confirm age, behavior, ethics, reputation, criminal background, identity or details in SwapWorkForTravel.com members profiles or testimonials. We recommend you take care when arranging your Swap. You are exclusively liable for any encounters you arrange with people via SwapWorkForTravel.com

We recommend all Swappers take out insurance that covers all actions they will take and that all SwapHosts have insurance to cover any related incident. Swap Work for Travel accepts no liability and will not be held responsible in any way for incidents under any circumstances.

This Agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation including non-contractual disputes or claims are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Singapore.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation including non-contractual disputes or claims.

By registering you acknowledge you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and that they are equal in value to a signed contract. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, and such amendments will be effective on an immediate basis following their publication. You take sole responsibility to review these terms and conditions.
